Job Summary
Conduct unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking facilities, and property perimeters to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns. Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, and critical situations by documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel while providing customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff. Monitor access points, assist with visitor direction, and complete accurate daily activity and incident reports in accordance with site-specific procedures. This fixed-shift commitment requires a six-month base schedule with the option to pick up additional shifts through the scheduling platform. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a high school diploma, and possess a valid driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
