Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Visitor Arrival Management

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, drivers, and vendors at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out site-specific procedures and security protocols. Monitor access at the front desk, verify credentials, issue badges, and maintain accurate visitor logs. Answer incoming calls, provide directions, and monitor front-desk activity, alarms, cameras, and access-control systems. Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, coordinating with emergency responders when appropriate. This part-time role in Lakeland, FL, requires a six-month commitment to anchor shifts with the option to claim additional shifts via our Smart Tools platform. Applicants must have at least one year of security experience, a high school diploma, and be subject to a background investigation and drug screen.
