Job Summary
Conduct unarmed patrols throughout retail locations, including sales areas, entrances, parking, and perimeters, while monitoring for unusual activity and policy violations. Respond to incidents and customer concerns in a problem-solving manner, documenting events and completing required reports. Provide customer service to shoppers and visitors by carrying out security procedures and assisting with access control and directions. Maintain a professional presence at the assigned site in Cincinnati, OH, working fixed shifts from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM with an option to pick up additional shifts. Requires a valid driver's license and background investigation.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Six (6) month commitment to a designated site and weekly shift
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Valid driver's license for driving positions
