Job Summary
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, common spaces, parking areas, building perimeters, and other assigned locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points and support visitor management procedures, including verifying credentials and directing guests in accordance with site requirements. Document patrol observations, incidents, and security-related concerns in clear, accurate reports and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
