Job Summary
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and vendors by executing security procedures and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns following site procedures while conducting regular unarmed patrols of building interiors, exteriors, parking, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns in accordance with site policies. This fixed-shift commitment requires a six-month base schedule with the option to claim additional shifts through our scheduling platform to increase earnings. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma, and are subject to a background investigation and drug screen.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Possession of a guard card or license is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Access control or badge experience is preferred
- Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred
