Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Tablet Reporting Driver

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner. Conduct regular patrols throughout residential common areas, parking areas, entry points, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity. Document incidents, unusual activity, and policy violations, and communicate relevant information to site management. Maintain a valid driver's license and use a tablet for reporting. Complete a six-month fixed-shift commitment with the option to claim additional shifts through our scheduling platform.
