Job Summary
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and property staff by executing security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner while conducting regular patrols throughout residential properties, common areas, parking zones, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points, assist with visitor interactions, and document daily activities, incidents, and maintenance concerns in required reports. Report conditions to property management and emergency responders as needed. Complete a six-month commitment on a fixed anchor shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM in Honolulu, HI, with the option to pick up additional shifts via the scheduling platform. A guard card is preferred, and applicants must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
