Job Summary
Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, screening protocols, and emergency response activities. Screen individuals, packages, and personal property using assigned equipment; report prohibited or suspicious items to site leadership. Verify identification and credentials for all authorized entrants. Respond to incidents following established escalation procedures. Conduct regular patrols of entry points, screening areas, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized access. This part-time role requires a six-month commitment to an anchor shift with the option to pick up additional shifts via the Smart Tools platform. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma, and meet licensing requirements subject to state and local laws. A background investigation and drug screen are conditions of employment.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
Desired Qualifications
- A Guard Card or license is preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
