Security Officer Enhanced Part Time

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology location. Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, maintain visitor logs, and direct guests in accordance with site procedures. Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established reporting channels. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned entrances, lobbies, parking areas, business spaces, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity or access concerns. Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership, completing accurate incident reports and shift documentation.
