Job Summary
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, performers, and vendors by executing security procedures, site policies, and emergency responses. Respond to incidents and visitor concerns professionally, then conduct regular patrols of public areas, exhibits, entrances, parking zones, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points for suspicious activity, maintenance issues, and policy violations while assisting with crowd management and special events. Maintain a calm, problem-solving demeanor throughout all site-specific operations. Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
