Job Summary
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and access concerns while conducting regular unarmed patrols of offices, parking facilities, and property perimeters to identify unusual activity or hazards. Monitor access points, verify visitor authorization, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with post orders. This part-time role in Colorado Springs requires a six-month commitment to anchor shifts with the option to claim additional shifts through our scheduling platform. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a high school diploma, and pass a background investigation and drug screen.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
