Job Summary
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities. Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain entry records. Conduct regular unarmed patrols of chemical processing areas, buildings, parking areas, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate contacts when required. Document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately for shift handoffs. This role offers a six-month fixed-shift commitment with an option to claim additional shifts via our scheduling platform. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma, and pass a background investigation and drug screen.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
