Job Summary
Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and employees while executing security procedures, site policies, and emergency responses. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations professionally, then conduct regular unarmed patrols of retail common areas, storefront corridors, parking zones, and property perimeters to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity per site requirements, preparing clear reports of all incidents, observations, and completed patrols. Maintain a six-month commitment to your designated anchor shift, with flexibility to claim additional shifts via our scheduling platform to increase earnings.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment
