Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver Coverage

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the residential community, including common areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations. Observe and report unusual activity, property concerns, and policy violations according to site procedures, helping to deter unauthorized activity. Maintain accurate activity logs, incident reports, and daily documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific requirements. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. This role offers a six-month fixed-shift commitment with an option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform.
