Job Summary
Provide customer service by carrying out security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities in a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly while conducting regular unarmed patrols throughout production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the property perimeter. Monitor access points and visitor activity to verify authorization, report unusual conditions to site leadership, and document patrols, incidents, and observations accurately. This part-time role in Fort Mill, SC, features fixed-anchor shifts with a six-month commitment and an option to claim additional shifts via our Smart Tools platform. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a high school diploma, and pass a background investigation and drug screen.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Alarm panel experience is preferred
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- CPR certification is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
