Job Summary
Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and manage visitor access while maintaining accurate logs at a healthcare location. Conduct regular patrols of designated areas, entrances, and perimeters to identify unusual activity and support access-control procedures. Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with site personnel and emergency responders as needed. Provide customer service to patients, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific policies and emergency response activities. Commit to a six-month fixed shift base while utilizing the Claim-A-Shift program to pick up additional shifts and increase earnings.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
