Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Hospital Restraint Response

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by executing security procedures, site policies, and emergency responses. Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, including medical emergencies and visitor concerns. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures, providing directions and assistance as needed. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately, communicating relevant information to leadership and site contacts. This role offers a six-month fixed-shift commitment in Milton, MA, with the option to pick up additional shifts via the Smart Tools platform. A background investigation and drug screen are required; CPR certification and computer proficiency are preferred.
