Job Summary
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations following established protocols while conducting regular unarmed patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, and perimeters to identify unusual activity. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately in accordance with site requirements. Assist with visitor access procedures and maintain a professional presence. Complete a six-month fixed-shift commitment and optionally claim additional shifts through the scheduling platform to increase earnings. A valid driver's license is required for driving positions.
Required Qualifications
- Meet hospital vaccination requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
