Monitor access points, lobby activity, alarms, and cameras while reporting unusual events. Respond to incidents and customer concerns professionally, following emergency protocols. Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out site-specific security procedures. Maintain a professional front desk presence by answering calls and directing guests. This part-time role offers flexible anchor shifts with an option to claim additional shifts through our platform. A six-month commitment is required for the fixed shift.
