Job Summary
Greet visitors, verify credentials, and issue visitor passes at the front desk while monitoring entry activity and maintaining logs. Respond to incidents and critical situations by following established healthcare location procedures and communicating concerns to appropriate personnel. Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies. Work fixed shifts from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays with a six-month commitment, plus optional claim-shifts to earn more. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license for driving positions, and background investigation.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
