Job Summary
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and drivers by carrying out site-specific security procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage manufacturing location in Walworth, WI. Monitor and control access points, verify credentials, maintain logs, and direct authorized personnel. Respond to access-control concerns, alarms, and critical situations, escalating matters according to established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, production-area perimeters, and parking areas to deter unauthorized access. Document daily activities, incidents, and observations accurately, communicating relevant information to site leadership and supervision. This fixed-shift commitment requires a six-month anchor shift with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma, and have a valid driver's license for driving positions.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Possession of a guard card or license is preferred
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred
