Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Front Desk Driver

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and vendors at the front desk of a utilities location by following site-specific procedures and access protocols. Monitor entry activity, verify visitor credentials, issue visitor passes, and maintain accurate records. Answer phones, direct inquiries, receive deliveries, and respond to incidents or alarms in a calm, problem-solving manner. Maintain awareness of front desk activities and report unusual conditions or access concerns according to site procedures. This role offers fixed-shift commitments with a six-month anchor schedule and the option to claim additional shifts through our scheduling platform to increase earnings. Located in Syracuse, NY, the position requires a valid driver's license and a background investigation.
