Conduct access control procedures, monitor entry points, and verify credentials for visitors, contractors, and employees at a government location in Coral Gables, FL. Maintain accurate access records, respond to incidents and critical situations, and perform regular patrols of public areas and perimeters to identify policy violations. Provide customer service to the public while adhering to site-specific policies and emergency response protocols.
