Job Summary
Conduct unarmed patrols throughout assigned buildings, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and disturbances while maintaining professional communication with site leadership and emergency responders. Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by enforcing site-specific policies and screening visitors at access points. Document all patrol activity, observations, and incidents accurately and promptly. This fixed-shift commitment requires a six-month base schedule with the option to claim additional shifts via our scheduling platform. A valid driver's license, vaccinations, and CPR certification are required.
Required Qualifications
- Vaccinations are required for hospital assignments.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
