Job Summary
Provide customer service and execute security procedures at a manufacturing and industrial site, including responding to alarms, access concerns, and critical incidents. Conduct regular unarmed patrols of production areas, offices, loading docks, and the facility perimeter to identify unusual activity. Monitor visitor activity, verify authorization, and maintain accurate logs. This fixed-shift commitment requires a six-month base schedule with the option to claim additional shifts through our platform to increase earnings. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a high school diploma, and pass a background investigation and drug screen.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
