Job Summary
Provide customer service to shoppers, tenants, visitors, and employees while executing security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations professionally, then conduct regular patrols of retail common areas, parking lots, and perimeters to identify unusual activity. Monitor access points, report hazards and maintenance concerns, and prepare accurate reports for site management and law enforcement. This part-time role in Honolulu, HI, offers fixed-anchor shifts with a six-month commitment and the option to claim additional shifts via our scheduling platform. Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a high school diploma, and possess a valid driver's license for driving positions.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred
- Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred
