Job Summary
Conduct unarmed patrols of production areas, offices, loading docks, and facility perimeters to identify unusual activity and report observations. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations by following established site protocols and communicating with employees, contractors, and emergency responders. Monitor access points and visitor activity to verify authorization, maintaining accurate logs and incident documentation while providing customer service within a manufacturing and industrial location. Commit to a six-month fixed shift at an assigned site in Ironton, OH, with the option to pick up additional shifts through the scheduling platform.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
