Job Summary
Conduct customer service and contraband screening for visitors, employees, and law enforcement at a government facility in West Palm Beach. Verify identification and credentials, escalate prohibited items or access concerns, and respond to alarms and critical situations using established emergency procedures. Maintain accurate activity logs, conduct regular patrols of assigned screening areas and perimeters, and follow site-specific policies. This fixed-shift commitment requires a six-month anchor assignment with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform. Applicants must possess at least three years of security or law enforcement experience, a high school diploma, and be 21 years of age.
Required Qualifications
- Possess at least three years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience or a college degree
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client
- Be at least 21 years of age
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred
