Job Summary
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security procedures, managing visitor access, and verifying credentials at a commercial real estate location. Answer phones, greet guests, direct deliveries, and respond to incidents while preparing clear reports of security activities. Commit to a six-month fixed shift as your anchor schedule, with the option to pick up additional shifts through our platform to increase earnings. This role offers flexible part-time hours in Los Angeles, CA, with opportunities to scale up to full-time. Applicants must have at least six months of security experience, be at least 18 years old, and possess a high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- At least 6 months of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
