Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers by executing access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Monitor and control entry and exit points at a chemical/petrochemical location, verifying credentials, authorizing access, and maintaining visitor and contractor records. Respond to access concerns, incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly notifying appropriate site contacts or emergency personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify unauthorized activity or unsecured entry points. Prepare accurate reports and logs for visitor activity, access-control events, incidents, and shift communications. Work a fixed six-month commitment with anchor shifts, supplemented by optional claim-a-shift program to increase earnings. A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.
