Job Summary
Provide customer service to visitors and employees by verifying credentials and deterring unauthorized access to restricted areas. Monitor entry and exit points, respond to alarms or unusual activity, and conduct regular perimeter patrols while reporting concerns. Maintain accurate visitor logs and incident documentation in accordance with site policies. This part-time role offers a six-month commitment to a designated anchor shift with the option to claim additional shifts through our scheduling platform to increase earnings. Applicants must possess a valid driver's license, an armed guard card, and at least three years of law enforcement, military, or security experience.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience
- Possess an armed guard card
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED
- Be at least 21 years of age
- A valid driver's license
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs
- Six (6) month commitment to a designated site and weekly shift
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
