Job Summary
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and deter unauthorized access while providing customer service to visitors and contractors. Respond to alarms and unusual activity, maintain accurate visitor logs, and conduct regular perimeter patrols as assigned. This part-time role in West Palm Beach, FL, offers a six-month commitment on a fixed anchor shift with the option to claim additional shifts for increased earnings. Applicants must possess at least three years of security or law enforcement experience, a valid driver's license, and an armed guard license.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of combined law enforcement, military, and/or security-related experience
- Possess a college degree
- Possess an armed guard card and/or license
- Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED
- Be at least 21 years of age
- A valid driver's license
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
