Job Summary
Conduct armed patrols and respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and disturbances in a healthcare setting while maintaining access control and completing detailed documentation. Monitor visitor activity, report hazards, and coordinate with personnel following established protocols to ensure site safety. Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by executing site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities. This part-time role requires a six-month commitment to anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts via our scheduling platform, offering flexible hours for candidates with a valid Armed Guard Card and high school diploma.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a valid Armed Guard Card or License
- Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Participate in industry-specific security training programs
- A valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
