Job Summary
Conduct unarmed patrols throughout the facility, production areas, access points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following established site procedures and escalation protocols while providing customer service at an industrial manufacturing location. Monitor access to the location, verify credentials, and document visitor, contractor, and delivery activity. Prepare clear reports of observations, incidents, and patrols, communicating relevant information to leadership. Commit to a six-month fixed shift with the option to pick up additional shifts through the scheduling platform. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and age 18+ for unarmed roles.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
