Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Coordinator

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Monitor entrances, lobbies, loading areas, and credential checkpoints to deter unauthorized access, verify permissions, and document visitor activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, communicating with property management, first responders, and leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter to identify unusual conditions and report security-related concerns. Support day-to-day property operations by maintaining logs, preparing incident reports, and providing clear directions and assistance to occupants and guests. Work part-time hours with a six-month fixed-shift commitment at an assigned site, with the option to pick up additional shifts through the scheduling platform.
