Job Summary
Provide customer service and execute security-related procedures at a technology, media, and telecommunications location. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations while conducting regular patrols of the business, perimeter, and parking areas. Monitor access points, visitor activity, and delivery traffic to report and document unusual activity. Maintain a professional presence to deter unauthorized access and support a positive experience for all site visitors. This role requires a valid driver's license, CPR certification, and a background investigation. Fixed-shift commitments include a six-month anchor shift with options to claim additional shifts through the Smart Tools platform.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
Desired Qualifications
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
- CPR certification is preferred
- This is primarily a driving post
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
