Job Summary
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities. Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and deter unauthorized entry. Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations, escalating concerns according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter while observing for unusual conditions or policy violations. Communicate professionally with site personnel and leadership, complete required reports, and document access-related activities accurately. Work a fixed six-month commitment with the option to pick up additional shifts via the Smart Tools platform. A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment
