Job Summary
Administer first aid and emergency care to sick or injured persons, determine illness and injury extent, and facilitate transport to medical facilities. Respond to dispatcher calls for medical assistance, establish treatment priorities, and request additional rescue or utility services as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of business perimeters and client sites while maintaining site-specific safety procedures. Complete a Daily Activity Log documenting all activities and file Incident Reports for every medical response call on client property. Maintain State Certified EMT Basic, Intermediate, or Paramedic licensure, current CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. Background investigation and drug screening are required prior to employment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Possess and maintain a State Certified EMT Basic, Intermediate, or Paramedic license
- Current Health Care Provider or Professional Rescuer CPR card
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
- Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
