Job Summary
Provide security for casino property and serve as First Responder to medical emergencies for guests and team members. Duties include maintaining high visibility, crowd control, escorting guests as needed, verifying IDs, monitoring security devices, patrolling the property, overseeing table and slot drops, coordinating with Count room, dispatching officers, and writing detailed incident reports. Requires EMT or Paramedic license, CPR certification, First Aid/AED, gaming license eligibility, driving privileges, and adherence to safety and regulatory policies. Must be able to stand/walk for long periods, lift up to 75 pounds as needed, and communicate effectively in English.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EMT or Paramedic license (National Board of Emergency Medical Services)
- American Heart Association CPR for Healthcare Providers certification
- First Aid/AED certification
- Must successfully complete C.A.R.E or TIPS training
- TiPS certification
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving history
- Ability to earn and maintain TiPS certification
- Ability to acquire and maintain appropriate gaming license
- Ability to read and interpret English documents and communicate in English
