Job Summary
Administer first aid treatment and emergency care to sick or injured persons, determining the nature and extent of illness or injury while facilitating transport to medical facilities. Respond to emergency calls from dispatchers and conduct regular perimeter patrols around business sites. Provide customer service by executing safety procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Report all incidents, accidents, and emergencies by completing a Daily Activity Log and Incident Reports. Establish priorities for first aid procedures and request additional rescue or utility services as needed. Maintain State Certified EMT Basic, Intermediate, or Paramedic licensure and a current CPR card.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Possess and maintain a State Certified EMT Basic, Intermediate, or Paramedic license
- Current Health Care Provider or Professional Rescuer CPR card
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- Have intermediate computer skills to operate innovative, wireless technology at client specific sites
- Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
