Job Summary
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by executing site-specific security procedures and dispatch policies. Receive, prioritize, and dispatch calls for service, alarms, and maintenance concerns to on-site personnel. Monitor communications systems, access activity, and camera feeds while documenting information in dispatch logs and incident reports. Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, coordinating with on-site personnel and emergency responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols around the retail location and perimeter. Work fixed-anchor shifts with a six-month commitment, with the option to claim additional shifts through the Smart Tools platform to increase earnings. A valid driver's license is required for driving positions.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification is preferred
- Loss prevention experience is preferred
- CPR certification is preferred
- Alarm panel experience is preferred
