Job Summary
Patrol assigned areas efficiently while standing for the entire shift duration, communicating with visitors and employees regarding policies and responding to inquiries. Write incident reports and handle crisis situations at the client site calmly, effectively, and efficiently. Maintain a professional presence indoors or outdoors as required, reporting any emergencies. Valid driver's license may be required. This role serves surrounding communities with meticulous attention to security needs for corporations, private businesses, and individuals.
Required Qualifications
- Valid NY State Security License
- 1+ years' experience as a security officer
- Ability to stand and walk 8+ hours per shift
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
- Ability to work indoors or outdoors
- Must be able to read, speak, and write the English language fluently
- Open availability, including weekends
- Reliable transportation
- High School Diploma/GED
- Valid Driver's License
