Job Summary
Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents involving access concerns, medical events, and disruptive behavior in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout campus buildings, galleries, retail areas, parking locations, and the surrounding perimeter to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity, report unusual conditions, and document all incidents and patrol activities in accordance with site procedures. This part-time role offers a six-month fixed-shift commitment at Moore College in Philadelphia with the option to claim additional shifts through our platform.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
