Security Officer Education Center

Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and administrators while carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, professional manner, then conduct regular unarmed patrols of school buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with maintaining orderly operations, and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel. Prepare accurate incident reports, activity logs, and shift documentation in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements. This fixed-shift commitment requires a six-month minimum at an assigned site in Sayville, NY, with the option to pick up additional shifts through our scheduling platform. Applicants must have at least one year of security-related experience, a valid driver's license, and be at least 18 years of age.
