Job Summary
Provide customer service at a healthcare facility reception area by following site-specific procedures and security protocols. Greet patients, visitors, staff, and vendors; verify access credentials and direct individuals to appropriate locations in a professional manner. Monitor entry activity, visitor logs, and access points; report unusual activity or policy concerns to site leadership. Respond to incidents, medical-related requests, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures. Maintain accurate records of visitors, incidents, and other required front-desk activities while supporting a welcoming healthcare environment. This part-time role requires a valid driver's license in the state where the job is located.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license in the state where the job is located
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
