Job Summary
Monitor entry and exit points at a commercial real estate location, verify identification, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate access records. Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity. Respond to access concerns, incidents, and critical situations by escalating matters according to site procedures while communicating professionally with site contacts and emergency responders. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific access control procedures and emergency response activities. Work part-time day shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen

- CPR certification
