Job Summary
Conduct routine patrols of building interiors, common areas, parking lots, and perimeters to deter unwanted activity and identify conditions requiring attention. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations by documenting details and communicating with property management or emergency personnel. Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff while monitoring access points and reporting maintenance concerns or policy violations. Maintain a visible presence at a commercial real estate location in Honolulu, HI, working a rotating day shift from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM. Requires a valid driver's license and a background investigation.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Being comfortable using a computer or tablet
- Customer service experience
- A state, county, or city issued security-related license
