Job Summary
Conduct routine patrols of assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to identify unusual conditions and deter unauthorized activity. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by following established procedures and contacting appropriate personnel as needed. Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while monitoring access points and documenting observations in accordance with site requirements. Work a day shift from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, with a valid driver's license required for this driving position.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
