Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of studio buildings, production areas, offices, parking facilities, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity while maintaining a visible presence. Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and vehicle activity in accordance with site-specific requirements for media and entertainment locations. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations by following established reporting and escalation procedures. Provide customer service to clients, visitors, talent, production personnel, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities. Document patrols, incidents, unusual conditions, and policy violations accurately and communicate relevant information to supervision and site contacts. Work a rotating day shift from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Saturday.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
- At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- State, county, or city-issued security-related license
- Guard Card or license
- Ability to lift more than 20 pounds
- Customer service experience
