Job Summary
Verify credentials, process visitors and contractors, and maintain entry records to control access at a manufacturing and industrial location. Respond to access-control alarms and critical situations by escalating concerns according to site-specific procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points, production-adjacent areas, parking areas, and the business perimeter to deter unauthorized activity. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers while carrying out site-specific security procedures and emergency response activities. Prepare accurate reports and maintain required access-control documentation. Requires a valid driver's license, TSA TWIC, and at least one year of security experience. Shift runs from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of security-related experience
- TSA-issued TWIC
- Valid driver's license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license for driving positions only
